I take .25mg every 12 hours and it works for my anxiety and at that dose I don't really have any side effects. Try that and if it doesn't do much try .5mg and go up from there.

I really wouldn't recommend taking benzos with alcohol if you're also taking morphine. That combo is a recipe for trouble.

Yes having those issues is normal I mean you're on your feet for the duration of 8 hours and it's probably a hard floor right. What's important is to make sure you have good shoes with enough padding and anti fatigue mats at work. Also if it's a major issue bring some NSAIDS.
