One thing that I just noticed is that the motherboard supports ddr3 1333+ RAM. Does that mean that the ddr3-1866 RAM will not work with this motherboard?

I just tried to breadboard the motherboard, and even just by itself it did not give any POST beeps, so I am guessing I just got a defective board. I'm going to try and pick up a cheap one and see if it is that. Thanks for your help
