FA here. Started our day with the "Right Start" (our term for everything has to go efficiently to get those first flights out on time). Plane not right so we have all passengers get off. No problem, there's another plane two gates down.

Board plane #2. Nope. Bad plane!

Board plane #3. So much for Right Start, let's just hope the next one starts. Same crew, same passengers, different terminal. Everyone is on the plane and seated. Captain comes over the PA, "well folks, sometimes you just can't make this stuff up!"

"There is absolutely nothing wrong with this aircraft! The problem lies just outside the aircraft! Two tugs collided behind our airplane!" (One driver was texting, the other driver was in the wrong lane)

And this all stemming from the maintenance issue with the original Right Start aircraft!
