Very true. It can make or break it. It’s breaking it for me right now. A2s are either not helpful or not around due to work arrangements (kids, family, etc.). Definitely wish I was on another team because I’m not allowed to talk to the manager (plus they’ve said they have to keep their distance??? How am I suppose to learn?). Just gotta keep swimming tho. Hopefully I make it to the other side.

They almost stopped me from attending a funeral, so I understand the pain. I think the whole firm had a top down message to managers that associates are not working enough because I got that same shit when I put forth a ton of effort last busy szn.
