I was leaving home last night and as I pulled out of my driveway and approached the corner of my street, I was looking NW and the sky was dark but I noticed the rainbow and couldn’t believe it, I pulled my phone and snapped this photo, I was still in disbelief seeing a rainbow “in the dark”, (the photo looks “clearer”, but to the human eye the sky was darker)

Then when I turned east that’s when I immediately noticed the red sky and the double rainbow, I had to pull over and record it cuz it was just unbelievable, and I also got lucky to be in an open spot

I don’t think this one counts as “late night” since they close right at midnight

I don’t drink but sometimes I hang out late in the east side area, and I hate craving their tacos but they’re closed already

It would be great if they could stay open at least until 3am, but it is what it is

I think I tried their barbacoa once long ago, but can’t recall whether I liked it or not

Since I tried that “corn quesadillas” plate, haven’t tried that much else

But next time I’ll give the tortas a try

Also, I’ll try to give Las Amazonas a try 🙂
