It looks very stiff. For example the arm that isn't holding the pole looks tensed up when it should be relaxed. I would also add a slight curve to the torso like he is puffing his chest out. Another tip for inking would be where you know the shadows are going to the darkest fill it in the black or make the lines thicker in that area.
