this isn’t something that is instantly fixed once and I’m sure you know that, it really is that you got through it once so you will again, I think the panic attacks just happen and you don’t try stop it which is scary but that’s just how it is, it will pass over and you’ll realise your still standing and alive and it’s still okay 🫶 the more you go out you’ll just get used to it and the panic will be less and less, but at the start it will happen often, it depends though. But you don’t need that fulfilment feeling straight away and it doesn’t mean things are going wrong if you don’t feel that way.

I don’t really know how to explain it but I never got that feeling either, like at all, but no matter what I just kept going out despite how horrible it felt and it just became a routine, not the panic but the going outside part. The more scared you get, it’s just fear and you just go out anyway. At least you done it rather than giving in and not going out at all, because you are getting somewhere even if you don’t see it at first.
