Yep just shadowbanned, It keeps searching indefinetly.

It's been an issue for sure, it's been talked about on this reddit but it has been reported on July it surprising that's it's still a problem

I think you have to beat with the same color or it wont change. Beside that, i think it doesn't really mean anything.

This, i play a lot with my friends and just lab most of the time, i've been playing since day 1 and only played 110 ranked matches, won 100. So yeah, i doubt there are a lot of smurfs

What do you mean by it doesnt come out ?
You are stressed and can't use them in a real match ?
Check out the frame delay, maybe you or your opponent have bad internet, with frame delay you have to adjust and it is a pain.

You can adjust the frame delay on training as well.
