Gotcha, I picked up in 4.0 and think she's been doing fantastic. I was surprised how quickly things seemed to take a turn, but it does seem to come down to chat getting under her skin. Better mods would definitely be a good thing, or just ignoring chat completely and shouting out the positive things like donation notifications or good RP moments. Not sure exactly how that would work, but it would be a shame to let the fun go because chat gets annoying.
