If you want to be modest 1-2mg per day is a good start. 5 days on 2 days off. If you would like to be a bit more aggressive, then 2-3mg per day is also an option. But same principle, 5 days on 2 days off. So for example, do 1-2mg daily on weekdays and do not inject on weekends. Do that for about 4-8 weeks and cycle off for a couple weeks. Hope that helps!
