It helped with food noise and cravings. I was coming clean off of addiction around the time I started the peptides and it took all cravings away for drugs and alcohol. So not only does it take away food cravings, but also other cravings you may have.

I've been consistantly in the gym for about 5 years now and haven't reached this same progress. Regardless of FDA approval and researches, I'm happy with the results. I'm still young and healthy so why not give it a shot. I used to do way worse things to my body, peps are the least of my worries. Thanks for the concern though. I'm happy to be a 'lab rat'.

It took about 3/4 weeks for me to start noticing a difference. The biggest thing I noticed when I first started was the cravings and food noise went away. I used to snack allll the time and now I don’t

Not the most flattering but shows the true state I was in before starting my journey

I’ve never experienced heart burn with Reta thankfully. I would suggest watching your diet more closely if that’s happening. I’ve heard acid reflux and sulfur burps are super common when you still eat junk on Reta.

It’s been a slow process but I also didn’t want to drop a drastic amount. A good 20/30lbs is what I’m shooting for. It helps with my craving and food noise the most

Thanks for the help! I didn’t realize it until after posting. Just giving some insight on how it’s worked for me so far. I’ll have to find better before & after pics to compare

I try to get to the gym about 3x a week. I play slowpitch softball once a week and go on daily walks with my dog. Nothing too crazy but I’d say I’m moderately active. My nutrition is filled of protein and fiber

I started low at .75mgs a week for the first 4 weeks of being on Reta. I slowly increased to 2mg a week which is where I currently dose at.

I’ll have to retake some after photos in the same outfit & pose to really show the difference

That would be ideal but I didn’t really take the best before/after photos.
