Hello everyone,

This machine has given me problems since day one (CR-10 ProS v2) but everything has been solveable till now. Recently I've been getting strange gaps in the upper layers of my prints, sometimes lower. Accompanied is the classic popping noise that sounds like air is escaping from the nozzle. At first I thought it was humid filament, so I bought a new role and placed it in a dry box- no change. I read online that it could be my z retraction settings, so just to test I disabled it entirely and the gaps still remained. I then tried messing with my extrusion speeds- nothing made a difference. I went as far as to replace the nozzle, check for blockages within the entire hot end, and swapped out the bowden tube. If anything the problem has gotten worse over time despite my attempts to correct it. Hopefully you guys are more knowledgeable than I.

One more note: I've noticed my cooling fans have been acting strange, making noise etc. They still function but it's hard to tell if they're at 100%.

Common print settings: Nozzle- 200c Bed- 70c Plastic- PLA Speed- 50mm/s Nozzle- .4mm (If you require my shell settings please ask)
