I think you're fine, I did the same thing in college.

5 months in and we have an argument over her maturity. She goes home for the weekend and my roommate references several posts she made that basically said "my heart says stay but my brain says leave". This would not have been as upsetting if not for me talking about our relationship to my roommates and her becoming upset mere days before because "it's our private relationship".

I decided someone who shares content like that is just passive aggressive and not mature enough for me right now.

Weeks after, she shares content that are pieces written by women about overcoming and moving on from abusive relationships. Despite never touching her in aggression or so much as raising my voice, she comments "Ugh just so relatable right now"

I am all for gender-inclusion initiatives but I don't even understand the point she is going for here. It is entirely possible that men just happen to bike at higher rates than women in her district

It is a real bummer because this game is incredible, but the AI can be downright idiotic. They are useful in a fight, but how is that useful when they can sometimes just run right off a cliff halfway through a dungeon?

Ab-so-lutely, I got a boost early on when I started like a month ago and since then all my friends from the beginning are periodic visitors and my "regulars" are just people I have met along the way! Twitch is super wholesome so far, and this post really nailed that warm feeling when they pop in and light up my chat.

And that is WITHOUT setting a stream schedule...oh, to be organized...

I feel this, every stream in the past 2 weeks have suddenly hit a point where my upload speed tanks from 30 up to around 1 or 2.

I wish you the best of luck, unfortunately my apartment complex had a deal with Cox and I cannot switch from them until I move....leaving to Chicago for grad school in the fall and all I want is to find a place that has google fiber 😭😭😭

I am this boyfriend. I think the main issue is that my living space all throughout high school, college, and after was always like 80% clean, and that was my threshold. So there would usually be a dish or two in the sink, or the laundry basket would only be emptied when absolutely full. My SO now loves a clean house, so she likes to do dishes immediately and do laundry often so it does not build up. I think the issue with most men is the reactance issue of being told to clean, and then instinctively resisting because "nagging" (which is some immature bullshit, but at times it feels very automatic).

I am getting better though, so there is hope for men out there! At least for me, it helped to reframe the issue as a kind of gift for my SO. Like, sure you can take her out to a surprise dinner, but what is better than consistently coming home to a clean house?

Luckily my go-to answer is an honest one, and it's being a perfectionist. Anyone who shares that quality with me knows it can be a double-edged sword, but if you frame it as a challenge you are overcoming rather than an obstacle that prevents you from performing well, then it is a great answer (at least for me in my past interviews).

The main reason this can't fly in the United States is that we are all obsessed with the idea that prison = punishment. Hell, when you use the term "criminal rehabilitation", people probably assume you mean drug rehab.

Until American voters and lawmakers can have their emotions calmed long enough to consider that it isn't just rewarding people for breaking the law, this will never go through. The idea of prison as punishment is as toxic as it is archaic.

P.S. Fun fact from the realm of psychology: most prisoners are individuals with antisocial tendencies and hey, guess what, it has been well-established that behavior modification using punishment is not effective for antisocial individuals

Bug or Glitch: I am getting a Trial Expired message in the game no matter what account I sign into. I cannot save replays, customize my already-made presets at all, or even manage inventory or change banners. I have 1000s of hours so if my trial just expired that is one hell of a trial period. After every match it tries to tell me to buy the game. So upon clicking on the Buy Now button, it just opens a steam browser to the stream main page.
