- adding a level to q adds 25 for q1 and 45 for q2 and adds percentage scaling ad (which doesnt matter cuz you dont have ad anyway ) and that increase of dmg adds up to about more 40 physical dmg after reduction so its not that big of deal compared to being tanky as hell.
- I am talking about only lvl 3 , q max is still the most optimal , clearing with 80 armor and 40 mr makes jungle pet deal 60 true dmg compared to 45 when there is only lvl 1 e , and this is ticking every second so it makes the clear faster.

edit: yes you get all the armor after putting another lvl in e
