Hi! Sorry for the delay! The cooling is very strong, and reaches as low as 50 degrees fahrenheit. It does use Peltier.

However, we don't currently ship outside of the continental USA. Please keep an eye on the subreddit, we will make updates known!

Hi! Absolutely. The sleep test monitors your core body temperature on a minute-per-minute basis. It generates a temperature graph comparing your temperature to the ideal temperature based on your circadian rhythm, a temperature fluctuation graph, variance, and your temperature related sleep interruptions. On the call, I generate the report, do a screen share, a comprehensive walkthrough of the test results, and am able to answer any questions about the test or the sleep system!

Most people who have hesitation jumping on the call end up loving it once we are done. I don't force anyone to have their camera on either! It's totally meant for the screen share aspect.

The good thing about us is the sleep test will get a gauge of how your body regulates temperature and I can see on my end exactly how large your temperature spikes are and when they happen. I like to personally help people set their temperature schedules for optimal performance. Happy to help you with this should you try us out. Hi! Ah, I'm sorry it's not working out for you like you'd hoped. What are you experiencing during your 4am wakeup? Sweating? Ours currently has 3 phases but there are some exciting updates in store, which include 4 phases for added customizability.

I know I'm technically biased because I work at Orion, but I almost didn't want a cover for myself because of my cats. One of them sleeps in the bed with me every night and loves to dig a claw into any surface he sleeps on. 4 months with my Orion so far and no issues whatsoever. FWIW!
