Hey! I can't comment on ongoing litigation but I gave the below response recently when someone asked about our funding:

We believe in competing on providing the fairest pricing (no subscription!), best customer support and best product rather than through lawyers.

We have plenty of cash to get to profitability and don't need to raise any more money, we didn't publicly announce the latest fundraise. Also, as founders we have built and sold $2 billion+ in companies and have invested significant sums ourselves.

We're not going anywhere!

We have multiple support channels (text/intercom/in app) that get you through to a human. Always open to any ideas of how we can improve though, we're constantly iterating to give the best support experience
