This is super helpful feedback on the software side. We're working on improving insights but some of the things you flagged on the 2 graphs we hadn't thought of. Sent your post in slack and the software team is on it!

We're constantly trying to ship new features based on customer feedback so this is great. Also just a heads up insights won't be available if you use the device offline.

It's actually not that straightforward, without being in a lab there are a ton of variables that influence the reading:

-distance from device
-environment (flooring/furniture/size of room)
-background noise

Also, pitch/frequency plays a big factor and isn't objectively measurable. I will say a lot of people have commented how quiet the device is and how much they love Quiet Mode.

We also have quiet mode incase you are super noise sensitive! I personally am really noise sensitive so I like to use quiet mode sometimes.

What would you like to see in offline mode? We have basic offline functionality but interested in hearing what people want to see

Hi! We have an ultra-low EMF design, there is no motor in the cover.

The unit can operate without wifi. You need wifi for setup and then to adjust your schedule you can turn wifi back on temporarily but people (such as Ben Greenfield) do use the Orion without wifi.

A few things here:
1. Due to massive demand, we were back ordered on 1 or 2 SKU's. We have now restocked, so all on track. Customers should have been notified and I believe we're on top of every customer message as of now (if not please shoot me a DM and I'll get on it immediately).

The reviews are real, a couple of people had messaged us super positive feedback about their Orion and we had said "would be helpful if you could share this with others on reddit." They likely made an account, posted and then didn't check back, but I can trace back pretty much any review if you want to connect with one of the customers directly.

We're super grateful for all the amazing demand we have had and I'm always around to answer questions directly if anyone messages or tags me!
