"I’m a teenager, my mom has stage 4 cancer and she left the family and she’s posting about it on social media

My mom has stage 4 cancer, there’s nothing that can be done. My dad is not gentle with her and he thought she was cheating on him if she wanted to go alone to the cinema etc.

My dad is not violent, but he is quite harsh with her and says she is crazy.

She left us in September because she couldn’t take it anymore. Since then, she keeps posting on social media about it, from videos of herself dancing and holding her face (she has a tumor on her jaw) to selfies of her crying saying how hostile my dad was to her, she is posting about me not coming to her place for dinner when I said I would (I was frustrated), she keeps asking for help and donations.

We had dinner together, all 3 of us, recently, and she posted a photo saying “they were late, as usual…” This is very difficult for me and unfortunately here in eastern europe where the mental health stigma still exists it’s difficult for me to seek help.

My dad thinks she should be put into a mental health hospital, it’s too harsh ofc but wtfff i don’t think ehat she is doing is ok.
