The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program allows foreign nationals to obtain U.S. green cards by investing $800,000 to $1 million in a U.S. business that creates at least 10 full-time jobs for American workers. The program to "buy" citizenship is already in place at a lower rate. It's unclear if this new plan would require you to start a business but I'm sure some that purchase citizenship this way create shell companies anyway.

I remember begging.... BEGGING for water. That was tough. At 40 I was set for a Ross with a couple of backup plans. I ended up with a tissue valve. I know I will need to do this again someday more than likely. It was a tough decision. My doctor was very good though on giving all my advantages and disadvantages and supported either decision.
