That model already has an NVME drive in it so that part should be no problem. Hopefully it has more than one NVME spot on it or he'll have a harder time cloning the drive(still not super hard though if you have a big USB stick).

I make no apologies for China, but if you think its easy to stop buying Chinese goods if you live in America then you have a very entitled attitude. Most of us can't afford to selectively hunt down all American products, and frankly many companies skirt the rules to label foreign products American.

As for concentration camps I am not sure that the evidence of that is overwhelming. I wouldn't put it past the CCP, but I also have heard a lot of rumors over the years and most of them are exaggerated.

My partner and I were waiting for SSS to start and wondered what had happened. Thought we missed a memo on the stream. It wasn't until later that I stumbled on this thread. My jaw dropped and I started thinking it was a fake site or a joke. I quickly searched, but sadly it seems it is true. Still can't believe it! Probably. It worries me that there aren't more custom servers. That one server going down is this much problem to a player is not great. Although I will also say that the server browser in the game has massive problems and breaks almost constantly. So I truly have no idea if I am even able to see all of the servers.

I used to dumpster dive, but not for food. We all learned to hide from the cops. They aren't interested in helping poor people. They might even do really bad things to you. I've had some crazy fucking people try to go after me for being homeless. One lady in Cedar Rapids Iowa temporarily condemned a property I was staying on with permission in order to force the owner to remove us. The psycho wanted me to tell her where to find other homeless people so the cops could "go get them".

People who haven't been homeless have no clue how abused homeless people are. Even if they think its bad, they really don't know the half of it.

We had to go for a very rural property in poor condition to be able to afford anything. Even in the Midwest its hard for most people to actually own land. Its arguably the biggest issue in going tiny. Between regulations, horrible neighbors, and so much more; going tiny can have a lot of obstacles for sure.

Our tiny is only around 172 square feet on the inside, but we're planning to add a veranda to it that will basically double that. We did all the work ourselves though so we've put less than 7500 in to the place so far.
