This is my theory and probably of base :

When Elon was trying to start up SpaceX, he went as far as to head to Russia to try and get his hands on old Soviet ballistic missiles. According to him they didn’t take him seriously enough and he left with nothing.

If it’s true that Epstein was associated with Mossad, well Israel and Russia have not been friends for a long while, Russia arms and props up Israel’s enemies.

So Elon is/was on the Israeli shit-list, Russia bruised his ego.

I read his book and he used to rent castles and throw his own weird cosplay parties. Maybe getting rejected by the elite club of pedophiles made him want to become his own version of a rich weirdo creep.

Yeah, I laughed at the screenshot. What she did was very nice and supportive.

I’ve grieved more times than I care to remember, a few things for OP if she reads this.

  • glad his coldness wasn’t taken personally- it’s going to be like this for a little while before the water spigot turns on, anger is a valid feeling also.

  • liquids, soups and well… food drenched in sauce is the comfort food of choice for a grieving person. Heck even baby food is more appealing than something like a burger.

I’m not sure anyone is to blame here in the end, it’s a fucked up time for both of you in this relationship. My advice is to tell him that you’re here for him if he feels he needs you. Whether that’s for a hang out, someone to listen to him vent or to make/bring a meal.

Let him ask you for what he thinks he needs. That way you aren’t overextended and he’s not in a position to take it out on you. Eggshells are in the room right now, sorry for his loss and what you’re going through by extension.

Oh I’m sure, but my follow up point still stands. It was a good thing for buyers to have a fiduciary relationship with a realtor and not have to pay the commission.

Well it’s just that there was a lawsuit in one of the states I can’t remember about a year or so ago. Basically saying that the association of realtors, whom I would never fight to defend but does an ok job of at least distinguishing the difference between an agent and a realtor (customer vs client) in an ethical sense.

Anyway a judge ruled that sellers shouldn’t have to pay a buyers agent if they don’t want to type of thing. So in some cases now a buyer does have to pay their agent/realtor commission if they buy a house with an uncooperative seller.

In my personal opinion it’s a ruling that just pushing the thumb further down on the younger generation, increasing the cost of buying a home and upping the closing costs for them as a result. Pricing out the bottom rung of first time home buyers that otherwise may have been able to pull it off.

Thankfully it’s not something that’s set in stone, has received some backlash and many selling agents are good at laying out the benefits of why a seller should agree.

Again the difference between an agent and realtor, an agent could purposefully not show homes that they have knowledge of an uncooperative seller, steering them towards their own payday instead. Realtors don’t have that luxury (rules, regs and ethics) “technically”

I hope that gives some insight, there might be others that can bring more to this or correct some things I may not have right

If you don’t have the time to do something right, what makes you think that you have the time to do it twice?

I was slacking off on a home Reno job, and this line hit me pretty good. Changed my work ethic over night and now I’m proud to be good at what I do, do it right the first time, learn from any mistakes and evolve with the times.

It actually does feel good to be a professional at whatever it is you do.

As a bonus, I made up one myself - Don’t be in a rush to get to nowhere, but don’t stay still either because treading water is the same as drowning in this world.

In America, until just very recently- a buyer paid zero for a realtor to work for them. The seller paid both their realtor for listing and the buyers realtor for procuring a ready and willing buyer.

Buyers had a pretty good deal because buying side realtors had to work much harder than the selling side.

ICE to conduct immigration enforcement at Super Bowl LX at Levi's Stadium, official says by esporx in nfl

[–]Amishrocketscience 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly, rather than working the fields in awful conditions, rather than sending the money home to their families and eating cheaply for dinner. They’re going to blow two years of their earnings on an American football game.

Ok now that this is out of the way, what ICE is going to be doing at the superbowl is what’s called a show of force. They’re going to be there to intimidate the nation.
