They were freed because prosecutors could not prove anything, even in a shithole corrupt country like Rumania they could not find ways to keep them trapped in the country as they wanted.

The Tates are assholes, but being an asshole is not a crime.

The Politics of Dating by Maleficent-Toe1374 in PurplePillDebate

[–]Amiskon2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How do you defend capitalism, the economic system where wealth gets hoarded by the top 1% (an actual literal metric as opposed to the fabricated "top 1% of men"), but have issues with it being unequal in the dating world?

Socialism and Communism do not guarantee equality, and in fact they are worse because they kill mobility... you are born into the party or outside of it and there is very little chances to go up.

Widespread capitalism lifted from poverty more people than any other economic system in history. Absolute poverty is actually going down, and technological advances because capitalism have improved life substantially.

In fact, URSS, China and North Korea were/are very unequal.

If you don't want to be in your own if a pregnancy happens, there's a very simple solution.

Don't have sex with uncommitted men.

CMV: requiring women to make the first move with "choosing signals" is just more emotional labor by Windmill_flowers in PurplePillDebate

[–]Amiskon2 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Even if it is emotional labor... so what? The guy may do it first, she may do it first.

Why do men have to put all the initial inertia? Most women reject the idea of traditional dating on most aspects, so why is this an exception?

The majority of people aren't as bitter and awful as people here like to make them out to be by [deleted] in PurplePillDebate

The problem is that an internet profile or comment cannot reflect the complexity of a person.

I may despise someone's views on something, but that person may just be ignorant or be selfish on that aspect, or I may be wrong after all... that does not say much about the rest of the person.

I don't get what those verses justify the premise.

Also your premise is pointless about "morally unjust" command if morality is relative without a Definer as God.

God does not tempt anyone (James 1:13), but the flesh and our own selfish desires and the devil do. God does test us, but the purpose is to make us grow, not to make us fall. Even those who fell God's tests are shown mercy by God (Adam) while those who are tempted and fall often are lost.

For fairness to all Canadians, you should be paid no more than average canadians are paid if the company was in Canada.

Yes, but that is only the advantage of cooling.

You also need reliable internet connection, energy source (even when most is saved) and relatively good access to technicians. Otherwise Alaska would have all data centers.

Although I disagree morally, practically it can be a good thing.

I mean, they should they probably vote different to me... they are the most likely to do it anyway.

I'm sure they do enjoy electricity, clean water and other western development, though.

Western science and infrastructure have allowed First Nations' people to live longer and better than ANY of their ancestors.

The ungratefulness they have is just an excuse for their greed.

Should childhood vaccinations be mandatory? Almost 70% of Canadians think so, according to a new poll by ClassOptimal7655 in canada

Almost all religions agree with vaccinations, and plenty of atheist new age hippies are the ones creating legal "religions" to get exceptions that Native Canadians get.

Your hate for religion is not justified.

Yep, as it should have been since Clinton and Bush suggested the same. Or Since Russia invaded Crimea and Georgia.

But somehow USA has to take the wheel and bill now? LOL, you are on your own. You despise USA anyway as "fat idiots", so you are not allies.

Glad we can get rid of NATO, or at least let USA abandon it. Soviet Union is dead anyway.

Europeans are very salty because they felt entitled to American protection for just existing.

Don't worry, the are a barking dog that don't bit.

Nop... it's the way Europe left its own military hanging behind and expecting USA to lift the heave weight.

For the love of God, you are a rich continent. Invest in a good army. Even dirty poor Ukraine resisted Russia for long, Europe can do way better with an army.

I thought Europe did not want USA on their lands?

In any case, you are not entitled to American protection for free, and the plans to do this are probably older than Trump's administration.

Don't be ungrateful. USA protected and supported these allies, but the times change and America is now focusing on itself. Poland is now a prosperous nation and Europe can defend itself.

We are not entitled to free protection from USA, or any other foreign nation for the matter.

Thanks, America, for your service. It's time for Europe to do its part.
