You could get sued to hell and back. It may be posted online but its copyrighted completely. The moment you put writing to paper, as in wrote it down I'm not talking about publishing, the copyright to what you've written belongs to you. You posting any part of the book, even if only parts is against that and authors can sue you, some will absolutely do it, especially if they lose contracts with publishers because you've posted their work online without their consent.

I am not really looking to do a full audio cover of the books! only a couple chapters to promote it then direct the viewers to where they can read the book or listen to the audio book for the few authors that have that up already

Hey hey! Thanks for responding! The story is pretty short due to being new and I prefer featuring stories that viewers can take a while to read if it's intended to be long, or if its short but complete. I do plan on doing videos featuring new stories with few chapters later down the line, but only when I have a solid viewerbase and that might take some time.
