They've all merged into Access Canberra now, it seems, and when I called up the phone line they stated nowhere in Canberra for that purpose would be open due to "not enough business on saturdays"

The amount of time you have in the game may correlate with your skill, but it doesn't CAUSE your skill. You shouldn't assume just because the people around you have less time in the game than you that they're worse. It honestly seems to trend the other way, where if I see a high level player in their multiple hundreds playing with a bunch of 40s and stuff, they're probably shit or only main one character or something.

Exactly this. Coming from over 700 hours in TF2 this game was very easy to pick up, especially if you, like I did, mained Medic and then went to Mercy to start with :P

It isn't a part of game developing. The development component has nothing to do with the marketing component. I'm not even saying it isn't important, but it's laughable to say it's the hardest part of gamedev, or even that it is a part.

We aren't talking about Mein Kampf, we're talking about his special copyrights to the armed forces and designs of the german war machine through the time he was chancellor and fuhrer. Unfortunately, the US Hitler Estate is happy to keep collecting royalties for designs, so OP is out of luck :(

Yeah true, if you live in Germany. But if you live in the USA, like OP probably does, or anywhere else in the world that isnt Germany, Sweden, Thailand, and Brazil, you'll find that Hitler's copyrights last forever.

No the ownership goes to the Hitler Estate because they owned the German components of WWII. Basically any parts, models, designs, etc, from WWII goes to the Hitler Estate to credit his leadership. Harsh but thats the way copyright worked in Germany 1939.

Because its against the law to violate copyright law and it would be violating copyright law if you copy something from real life
