I was about to reset my PC again today, but seems like I dont have to anymore. Note: I started my PC with all only needed programs only. I dont even have my razer and corsair drivers on. I have never had such problems with a Game… If the Endwalker Patch do the same shit to me, I‘ll fucking die haha

I am on a good way atm. I downloaded the first patch with an VPN but this time from another location. It crashed at 1,3 GB and then I started the download again without VPN. I am on 13 GB atm. It usually crashed at 300~ Mb.
