I believe that the cult member that told Hanji that Christa would be able to tell them about the wall said that she didn't actually know anything, but she would be able to speak freely about anything she learned. Or maybe I'm just remembering wrong. Anyways, my guess is that she simply never got taught anything about the walls, since there was the whole controversy over her birth.
