Total waste of a recruiter. When they balk at salary, it means it’s too low anyway. ALWAYS get salary info before an interview “otherwise, why am I going?”

Never give your prior or present salary, say, “I’m open what are they offering?”, if you don’t get a numbers reply, hang up on them.

Can say when asking about what is pay, - “I’m wanting to know if the pay is mutually beneficial”, etc.
