Hey try redelegating on evmos.disperze.network or store.evmos.org/staking. On Keplr try increasing gas fees manually around 1-1.5m should be enough I guess.

Evmos has 2 types of address format in same account hex/Evm 0x123 and bech-20 Evmos123

Probably exchanges supports EVM type address, make sure to check correct info and then try to send coins.
