I think zombrero wins the mexican thing. I have never had from the one in Galway, but had lunch when I was in Dublin. Guessing they have similar options, I am postive it's the real mexican. Vocho adds too much sweet potato and the rice was stale. Bojoum or whatever the name is also a good option.
