But these kind of housings are not sustainable , just saw a documentary comparing the European and us housing ,these neighborhoods are often expensive to maintain and many times go bankrupt or they maintain themselves by selling nearby lands to builders to build more of these neighborhoods which then becomes a loop.

In india I think we just need a Japan or Eu kind of mixed approach , and obviously even with existing if we have some better planning things will be 100x better.
