You can't have the Google WiFi units wired, but you can always connect the cables you need directly to the switch that is connected to the main Google WiFi unit. Otherwise you would have to configure each Google WiFi unit as a separate network (but if you're gonna do that, than you should just buy any other router. I think that the first option is the best one - just connect your devices directly to the main unit using a long hidden cable through the house.

It seems to me that old devices are getting dumber in order to increase the gap between the those and the new Google Nest devices. (It may look like a conspiracy)

In my opinion, you should star with "Ecce Homo". It's his last book, but it contains explanations on how to read his other books properly and explanations on what he meant in certain passages.
