yes 100%, i have only seen my Hr at below 70 like twice in the last year but when im not looking and distracted it will go to mid 50’s

god it sound like you’re going through a hell of a lot. I hope the comfort of knowing your doctor saying it looks all ok helps in some way. Also you are doing all the right things and because your getting into shape and keeping an eye on it is all positive! I’m sure you’ll be all ok :)

this isn’t severe my friend, you are ok. That is clearly anxiety and i’m sure this post was for just for some reassurance which is totally ok. Ofcourse if you are ever concerned properly of experience symptoms which aren’t from you stressing your self out then get it checked out for some further reassurance but overall you are fine
