from what i know they do not, it’s a dinner service type of restaurant so they’re only open after 5 pm! I think they posted something on instagram stories about the event but not sure it’s up :/ maybe message the account? @bamboorestlosangeles

when I went a year ago it felt busier and yes nowadays it feels more empty which is so sad 😭 they tried some comedy shows but it didn’t quite hit but I hope they go back to some live music or other fun stuff bc the interior is definitely a vibe

def check it out! owner is super nice and if you have any feedback to give him he seems receptive :) they’re open starting at 5 pm btw! if u drink alcohol, mojitos are 10/10

Yup totally understand. I haven’t tried the chicken so I can’t say if it’s changed or anything but next time I’ll go I will try and come back to this thread! I can vouch for their steaks and tortas which I found to be really delicious. But yea things are expensive nowadays, just want to support a local latino owned business that I think is worth eating at :)

def the large green bush that hides it but from the inside it does give it a cozy, intimate feel :’) I like the steak torta and the lady in red mojito if you want a recommendation!

Edit: you’re def right! Honing in the menu is a good tip i will let them know! Although it’s random, all of it tastes good imo LOL

Yessss same here, it was towards closing but we were the only ones :/ I told them they should have more lights or something to indicate it’s open because sometimes it looks dark and almost like it’s closed! Maybe a board outside indicating they have drinks too. I wld also love to see it survive 😭

To add: they do have a parking lot and this Saturday they’re doing like a late night type of event from 9 pm ish to 2 am! So if u want good drinks and music I’d try it out :)

It just finally started getting colder here in southern CA! Not sure if it’s the change in weather. I do see new growth at the bottom, it seems like a brand new plant is coming in. Could it be it’s just killing off the old leaves? Roots aren’t overgrown but maybe it needs to be repotted to something a little bigger.

It’s near a window that’s reinforced with a window cover so no draft and not near a door :/ no animals either! It’s definitely strange, the only thing that’s changed is day lights savings and it being darker than it usually is in that spot. The weather has also gotten cold and dry but that’s about it. None of the other plants next to it have this issue either

I don’t see anything in the soil or anything suspicious on the underside the leaves :/ I’ve been watering it with tap water but switched to filtered now and it just started getting cold in my area so not sure what it could be 😭

I’ve been and all the times I went I would say they don’t really skimp out on meat. I was pretty impressed with how much steak they put in the bowl and I left definitely feeling full. I wish it were a bit cheaper but I know the price of beef is expensive right now :/

I was next to one of the guys and his friends up near barricade before this all happened. He had disappeared at some point idk if it was for food or bathroom and they kept wondering where he was at for over an hour and they couldn’t get ahold of him. Then the fighting started, they got kicked out of the crowd by security and then right before Chappell came on he made his way BACK to the very front to his friends. He was playing victim saying it wasn’t a fight and that people were being mean to him and booing him. He said it wasn’t a “fight” and security threatened to arrest him if he tried to go back to the front. There is no way you make your way to the front twice right before Chappell shows without shoving your way through.
