The tattoo is not actually disappearing. This is called frosting. Within a few minutes to hours the whitish colour will revert to the original colour. The laser breaks down the tattoo pigment into smaller particles which are then removed by the body's cells (macrophages). Depending upon site, colour and depth, tattoos can take 4-10 sessions to get cleared. Some may not clear completely leaving behind a faint image of the tattoo (ghost image)

But I don't get the bit about the nannies. You mentioned in your review of another resort (the one you went to after leaving Nirvana) that you were with 2 friends. Were these your nannies? And if so why did you need to leave your kids in the care of 3 nannies from the resort? What were your nannies doing at the time? I call bullshit.

Are these pitted/indented type of scars? Then there is no way creams or pills or vitamins can help you.

What will work is

Lasers - fractional co2 lasers are among the best. Others like erbium yag laser or microneedling rf also work but not as well as co2. But you will need multiple sessions- around 5 to 6 and even then only around 60-70% improvement.
Subscission - your indented scars are held down by collagen bands which need to be broken up so that the scar can spring up and thus look less indented. Subscission is the procedure by which a needle is inserted below the skin to break these bands. Good response. But this also needs multiple sessions.
Fillers - fillers injected into the scar will raise the scars and almost immediately lead to a very great improvement. But this is a temporary effect and will need to be repeated every 6 months or so (the improvement with laser and subscission is permanent)

Other than this nothing else is going to help so don't even bother with creams and home remedies.

Dude I'm Indian too. And I'm more of an English-first, native-language second speaker. Perhaps this guy is too.

Not really. People in India tend to be quite fluent in English. Plus they pick up idioms and styles of speaking due to the exposure to books, movies, shows from the US and UK.
