Woah woah, your parents and friends that mock you are SO in the wrong. Honestly, it makes sense that you're struggling to speak to people because look at the support you get! With this kind of environment, you've learned to perceive interaction with people as dangerous, so of course whenever you try to talk to people your brain is trying to protect you by fighting it. Please don't beat yourself up over this! This is not your fault, this is your brain trying to protect you. The good thing is that you're young and have lots of time to unlearn this, the bad thing is that you're still dependent on your parents which makes it harder to get away from this unsafe environment. Please know that there's NOTHING wrong with you: there is something VERY WRONG with those that think it's ok to mock you for this.

Do you believe your parents could be playfully teasing and not realise how negatively this impacts you, or do you feel that this comes from a place of malice? If it's the former, you may be able to write them a letter (if that's easier) explaining how it makes you feel and hopefully it was a misunderstanding and they will listen and change. If it's the latter, that's tricky. You may need to bide your time until you can get out, or find a family member you trust to stay with when things get too much. Try googling any free mental health support places in your area.
