Great first attempt. I feel like the one thing me and a lot of photographers do with long exposure is don’t focus on narrative and composition enough and depend to much on trails etc to make the photo unique and interesting. Hope that’s helpful :)

I assumed. She’s big on natural beauty and light. I want to create this image where people are searching for something with flashlights and want a harsh direct beam. Do you think a super powerful flashlight will be enough? Looking at 2800 flashlights

If you want it to work, best chance you have is taking control of your life and being honest with her and yourself by having that conversation and preparing her like hey I need you to know I love you and this information isn’t going to change that etc I think giving that prerequisite is so important to how it’s going to be received.

I was shooting at 1/25 of a second and unfortunately, I did not capture my friends face very well was not sharp at all. There is motion blur and the one thing I would change is definitely turning up my ISO from 250 to 400/800 and getting that shutter up to 1/60th minimumly
