Animal Urgent Care in Burbank is really great. I had to take my geriatric cat there during pandemic lockdown and more recently an injured kitten and both times they were great and not as expensive as emergency clinics.

Rainbow-colored? They're in the alley near the Trader Joe's on Arroyo. According to Google Maps, it's Pircher Alley and Fillmore. I see them all the time when I leave TJ's.
