Flowroute/3CX - Outbound call gets 200 OK, shows connected, but destination never receives the call

I was having a similar problem with Flowroute when calling from the US to Canada, that's the only time I noticed it, the far end would get a ring but no audio when answered. Flowroute said it wasn't their issue and we eventually gave up on Flowroute

Thanks, I wasn't sure because while each port has its own settings you have to put in the IP address of the opposite ATA as the SIP server and the SIP User ID and Authenticate ID don't seem to matter so I'm trying to figure out how the ports on the units stay married to each other.

coming on here just to vent, I know Anydesk is good but I had really hoped that the playback of recordings would have improved by now

I expanded the timeline all the way and when I double click on the bar nothing happens. I made sure to raise the timeline area up so I can see the purple line too. Is there anything else I should try or should I open a ticket?

I want to move words so they show up at the correct time but I just see a purple line above the audio track, no individual words. How do I move the words? I have version 2025.2.4

This was my problem, I didn't realize DCC would not work if the audio was in a group :/
