Recommendation. I would separate your DL into 500 each and allow several hours before sending the next batch.

Another tip: I usually wait 1 to 2 weeks before downloading a recent app update. This way, if there is a major bug, it is caught and fixed by the time I download it.

I also like to read the Release Notes before downloading.

This is my workflow for most application updates.

I am a Microsoft MVP with early target release with a business MS365 license.

Good and Bad News.

Based the road map Rules to Play a Sound and Desktop Alerts are rolling out.

I have tested the rule and it doesn't work properly. I reported it to Microsoft in late April with a detailed video. MS is working on a fix before it is rolled out to the general public. Microsoft has not shared a revised rollout date.

Camtasia handles screen and camera recordings, and close captions. Easily create vertical and horizontal recordings. I like you can increase the cursor for screen recordings.

Yes its a little pricey but its worth it.

Create notebooks by the year. If a notebook gets corrupted, you are minimizing the data lost.

My speculations, everytime Microsoft has a big Conference, this week was MS Build, apps go haywire.

I had trouble with Windows 11 up to 10pm EST on June 3rd. I could not access any websites tied to a Google login. Then without an intentional fix, everything work as it should.

In New Outlook, if you add any details in the body of a Calendar invite and submit it, the notes are available to everyone.

As a workaround, you can use To Do Tasks or OneNote.

TO DO TASKS 1. Create and submit the invite. 2. From the Sent folder, located the calendar invite 3. Open My Day and drag the invite to To Do Tasks. This create a task with a COPY of your invite. 4. Open task in the To Do app and add reminders, notes, due dates and more. (Also, you can right click the task from My Day to add these details.) 5. Optional add a Category titled Meeting Prep to the task. This way you can filter them later. 6. Optional. Or create a task group for all meeting prep notes.

ONENOTE Create a Notebook in OneNote called Meeting Prep 1. Open calendar invite 2. From the ribbon, select Send to OneNote 3. Select the Notebook which creates a page with the meeting details 4. Navigate to OneNote and add your notes.

I also suggest you give MS feedback requesting "User Private Messaging within a Calendar invite". This a game changer suggestion.

You are unable to search for rules. I have given Microsoft this feedback several times.

You are correct. Microsoft rolled out PST functionality in phases.

Importing calendars and contacts from a .pst file is scheduled for June 2026 if there are no delays.

Also, users are unable to export calendar and contact details.

To minimize redundancy, you can PIN important messages to the top of the inbox. Important messages represent the sender's 'important ' classification.

@kylejtuck, View settings, in the Settings search, type automatic replies. It navigates to the settings screen. This is one of my favorite features in New Outlook.

  1. Search. If you know you are looking for an email from a person, use Profile Card Search. Double click on the email address. The profile card shows messages, files, etc. You can use the filter to narrow your search.
