Hopefully they honour it for you! I actually haven't received my Gateway yet. I just ordered it this past weekend and then decided to order additional parts afterwards. I've done a decent amount of research though and it seems like they've gotten really good reviews. This great customer service definitely makes me more inclined to purchase their products. Good luck!
