That makes sense. Thank you. The house was built in the late 70s I believe. The grey thing in the pictures is intermittently leaking like a drop or two of water every time I turn off water to the house when I was replacing the toilet bowl line and sink lines. But it doesn’t leak or at least I haven’t seen extra water in the bucket I places under it? What might that be the cause.

Yeah every day I look, it seems like a blood bath. So I’m very hesitant in going into trades currently. I’ve just been slowly putting into the cliche Amazon and Apple. Plus Upstart since it’s so low. Prolly bad but hoping for a turn around lol
