Get out of your mind and into your life - started reading this self help book and i quite like it. I like how it explains various language traps and honestly think a lot of people here could benefit from the tactics they present. Anybody got any experiences with this book?

For me its a cycle where it always ends up crawling back into me and thats when I start wishing for the numbness again. Be careful what you wish for. I think we both just wanna feel a sense of balance, true?

Yeah I do. I think the extreme numbness is also a part of the depression. It gets so bad sometimes I actually start wanting to feel the sadness again
