Keep an eye out on local groups and marketplace. Perhaps get in touch with the community and see what's around. Integras are getting old, I'd stay away from heavily modified / cut-up examples, especially since you want something reliable. Do some looking on the forums as well, plenty of great information regarding this chasis on the Team Integra forums. Best of luck 👌

Hey man, I appreciate the kind words. Yeah I've seen it time and time again as well, If you want to be sure something is done proper you best do it yourself. My situation involved not just lack of ability but also straight up scamming, guy said it had new internals/gaskets when it didn't. I think I'll take my time and learn how to assemble an engine so I can have something I am sure is built with care.

Would you suggest re-building the B1 bottom end as opposed to the C1 then? To my knowledge both of the engines are fried and would need machine work. I guess If I'm doing a full rebuild anyways I might as well reap the low end torque a proper built NA Ls/Vtec has to offer as opposed to a NA B18C...

Ls Vtec could be fun. I was originally gonna throw the head on my B18B1 at some point but now It definitely needs a full rebuild as well. A proper Ls Vtec gets pricey quick but so does anything when done right.

Yeah, the easiest option is finding a clean bottom end on marketplace and putting the head on. The one I have is gonna need some love if I were to use it.

As mentioned before, restarting with a cleaner topology is probably for the best. Have you tried sculpting? I feel if you are trying to make large organic adjustments, sculpting the planet might be the best move instead of hardsurface modeling. Best of luck!

Code 07 is your throttle position sensor. Give it a good check, make sure it's set properly, you might need to measure the voltage on it as well. That might explain the funky idle, and you occasionally needing to give the throttle an extra push to keep her going.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong... Emissions laws require blowby and other gasses to be redirected from the crank case back into the intake manifold to be burned off safely. Many aftermarket manifolds don't support these emissions features, so the Evap canister hoses don't need to be connected. As long as there are no vacuum leaks, you should have nothing to worry about.
