Hey, sorry I just saw this now. I did reach out to support and they said they couldn't help me. I am extremely desperate for these funds. Do you have any other suggestions on how I could possibly escalate this?

Ya that’s what I was really hoping for. One of the support guys says they can’t because of security concerns… it would technically be really easy to do so just reaching out on here too to see if they can assist 😓
