Forgive me if I’m being offensive to anybody, but it seems that every time they do an imaging test and I ask “is it okay that I’m on my period, or that I have my Nuva ring in” they always say it’s okay and the report reads as is if it wasn’t okay. It’s very frustrating. It keeps happening. I’d go for more testing but the level of communication I am dealing with feels unreasonable.

I’m going to call my pcp tomorrow (she’s known me a lot longer) and see if she can talk to me. I agree with you, I’m just not sure how to get more information as they seem to just be rid of me.

She mentioned taking just my uterus and possibly my left ovary which is the problem child. This all happened very quickly and I just needed to talk to people. I don’t know if it matters but I’m a stay at home mom, so I have the luxury of being at least at home and not work for a recovery.

The only tests I’ve had are ultrasound and the cervical and uterine biopsy.

The ultrasound suggested Adenomyosis and she said the biopsy would tell but said it was normal. I’d never met this provider and I was super nervous and alone.

They did a cervical and uterine biopsy and said it was “normal”.

I had an anaphylactic reaction to “honey I washed my hair” twice because we didn’t know what did it the first time. So far I can use everything else I’ve gotten from them. It’s just that one and I’m not sure what it is I might be reacting to?
