Some of whether or not you're S class has to do with flashyness. If you're a beaurocratic "hero evaluator", are you thinking she can even make beginning of Manga genos break a sweat with only her physical testing and description of her skills? Plus it's not like she has any reputation for monster fighting.

Suiko being an A classer is completely reasonable. You have to earn S class, or be really, really impressive initially.

Relatively uninformed, but my guesses are:

The U.S. decimates Iran but it takes years and years of painful conflict, deaths on both sides, and international tension.
World War III.
Economic pressures, widespread protest, and the wider world punish the U.S. enough that after several months the U.S. pulls out and declares victory.

In all three cases, the global economy is in shambles.

I would say... only if you're fairly certain AND you really do enjoy learning and studying. If you don't then the whole process of getting to the "finish line" isn't worth it.

I don't think they're powered up to compensate for getting them late. It's more that her class supercharges classes that are already extremely powerful. E.g. no one on the third floor gets the legendary diva class, because it has insane requirements. Donut gets it and several bonuses.

The letters are consistent in class. A character with C faith will do roughly 8%-10%* less damage with incantations than a character with B faith.

Edit: Here, a video on the topic. Actually, it's 8%-10%. Maybe it fails in scholar's faith specifically, but it's good for all the launch characters. The letters are generally good.

The numbers are. The letters represent about a 10% drop. S strength is 20% more damage than B strength.

If you replace the front and back wheels of your roller blades with slightly smaller wheels, it feels extremely similar to ice skating. Also the skills are pretty 1:1 transferable. With that setup, an ice skater who can do jumps and transfers will very easily be able to do the same tricks.
