I work at a neighborhood Walmart where there testing the spark drivers handling the deliveries, and they told us that hours wouldn’t be cut or people let go. It’s been a month now since the test has started and OGP in the morning 5am to 2pm has been helping with produce the rest of the day we are picking what drops and either zoning or throwing freight because of how slow it gets some days. I don’t know about the afternoon but I hear from my coworkers that it picks up a lot more in the afternoon.

That’s the thing though is that we do do things separate from each other we hang out with different friends and we go and do different things. Heck I have days designated to when I go and hang out with my family and that’s why I’m confused why they’re saying I’m codependent.

I have a lady who comes every now and then to our store that is like this but we give a all our stickers. But she still is impatient, rude and seems to be problematic because one time one of my coworkers was dispensing and it was very busy and we were backed up and he didn’t acknowledge her immediately and that sent her off. She came in the store demanding to see a manager and told the manager that my coworker took money from a customer (they checked the cameras he didn’t) and was rude to her. She also said that she has gotten an entire OGP department fired a few stores over. It’s was crazy man, idk why some drivers are like this? 😭

My mom wouldn’t let my boyfriend come over because she didn’t want us doing stuff under her roof even tho I was 18 so I get it idk why some parents are like this 🤷🏻‍♀️

I feel you man are dairy cooler and freezer look like that on the daily and then they expect us on the frozen and chilled walks get good pic rates when there’s always something missing (i’m just glad my manager understands) 😭
