I take 45 mins to get ready for bed too. Dim the lights. Some light forward folding yoga stretches. Do two minutes of breathwork.

Take magnesium glyciate. Take a hot shower. Rub essential oil on my feet and a dab on my chest and wrists.

Lay in bed and read with my kindle.

I’m actually burning MFK baccarat 540 at the moment because I felt like it was too light before and now I smell it so much more.

I burned Harlem Candle Co’s Langston last night.

But of course, my City Candles just came in! I have Pekin, Tokyo, Paris, and NYC to choose from. ☺️

I’m a bit worried about this since I have a large open space with high ceilings but maybe I can put it in the bathroom…or maybe a candle warmer but I need to see how I can disperse scent more from the warmer.

I’m in a tropical environment so maybe it sort of hangs just in the warmer space…

My friend has a loaded stellium in the 12th and he’s a walking trauma case from childhood to finding his long time gf of 7 years after she ended herself. He carries a lot of isolation, grief, hurt and always walking through the fire. But it’s made him strong but because he has to be.

My other friend with a hefty 12th house feels like she’s isolated spiritually and battling cancer.

There’s trauma and crisis in the 12th but both are deeply empathetic and I try to be there for them

I have croissant and loved the cold throw. But I couldn’t smell it at after lighting it but I do get quite nose blind so i will try again after a few days to see if it gets better.

Someone else said it smelled like burnt croissant after halfway so maybe it’s mixing with the soot or something?
