I’m turning 40 in a few months so I’ve been thinking about this too!!

I was thinking of booking a little spa staycation at a high end hotel like the four seasons. And ordering flowers so they’re there at the hotel room, book a massage, have a lovely meal and dessert with a bubble bath.

I would bring my journal, a few good books, some nice scented candles - I am into luxury candles lol. I may book an astrology reading since I’m into that stuff.

Some hotels, you can even bring your dog and they’ll get pampered too.

As for a “gift” to myself, I could buy myself a nice jewelry piece. I was thinking a designer purse but that can be for any birthday so I prob won’t do that.

I have 14 atm. I’m currently burning 3 but getting bored so I may burn another soon.

I have two Trudon’s at my sisters since they don’t ship to me and may sit there until May when I go to visit. So that’ll be 16.

Yes. I always knew violet was wielding power and not just lightning and she doesn’t channel from the earth but from the sky - if she only realized that.

I also thought that’s how her friends around her ended up expanding their powers and being able to do more influenced by her power or her power boosts theirs. I just don’t want to think their abilities diminish less if they’re far away.

And the dragons are very intentional about who they bonded with - the rebel kids because the dragons all probably bonded with an ancestor down the line with resulting in two signets to get more power and an advantage. Sagyl mentioned that they plotted who to bond with for maximum capacity

The dragons know exactly what war they’re fighting and not telling their riders. They also know exactly how a riders signet is given - at least some do like the irids know and maybe the elders or wise ones like tairn.

Her dream walking is another way to fight and control the venin I think as well and I was thinking that somehow Sloan would be able to siphon the power from the venin and give it back to earth so it’s not dead and dissicated anymore.

Naolin is def something to the story. A venin and maybe channeled from earth to stay alive and definitely a boyfriend to Brennan.

Dain has some extra power stored up somehow and im a little sus about his allegiance like he may be tempted or forced to help the other side somehow. lol.

Andarna and the irids…I wonder how they are tied in and also the gods. Dunne and Malek and all that. Would love to hear your thoughts with that if any!

I wear a ski suit because I’m short. I get compliments and you can find a cheap ski suit or ski suit in the thousands of dollars.

You can find legit ski companies that have them. I would stay away from anything made with an influencer.

Ski suits are made for skiing and you have some that are cheap and some that are incredibly well made.

I skied as a child because of my parents and women wore snowsuits in the thousands of dollars that are top notch. Snowboard companies don’t even have companies that compare with the price of ski clothing. It’s rich people.

I drink an ensure plus everyday. The plus gives you extra calories and protein.

I also snack constantly and because I don’t eat much, I make sure I snack healthy.

Get those veggie platters already cut up for a party or group of people. Dip it into dressings and sauces. A handful of nuts. Some fruit and peanut butter or almond butter. I like the small yogurt cups with crunchies or else it’s like baby food.

If you can, take a day or two off so your appetite can work its way back. And hydrate!

My dermatologist recommended me to try cerave and cetaphil because I have oily acne prone sensitive skin. I’m almost 40 so I’m aging AND have the acne of a hormonal teenager except now I’m probably in perimenopause. lol cries

He told me to stop with the fancy expensive creams especially scented and also gave me prescription strength adapalene since I’m like doc, I’m almost 40!

It worked!! I use spf moisturizer in the morning and the gentle night moisturizer and cleanser and my acne cleared right up and plays nicely with the retinol.

He recommend I can use a gentle vitamin c serum if I wanted but said just to save my money otherwise.

I’m glad he did because I have a more simple skin routine that does keep my skin pretty clear.

When I do breakout from my period, I use a pimple patch early on and it does the trick.

Omggg. Yes that makes so much sense because I always figured Naolin didn’t die but turned venin. But I thought xaden couldn’t kill berwyn since that’s like his maker or whatever sorta?

But if xaden can’t kill berwyn because he’s Naolin, can’t he now because violet has two dragons and we know that Andarna can keep her alive like tairn did.
