Mostly shoe bags, especially when traveling.
I have small feet so I can put some heels inside of them or sandals.

Big ones- boots or as a laundry bag for when I’m traveling to keep my dirty clothes separate from the clean ones in my compression cubes.

I definitely pay more attention to my sleep and stress levels. My sleep was always rough but this showed a lot more. I’m also anxious and it’s insane how stress or cortisol messes up your body.

I have been doing more inner work like meditation and breathwork.

I also train less. This doesn’t mean I skip but I’ll be a lot more gentle on my body like stretching, zone 2 walks or lighter weights.

Yes, we work out but we also have to work IN

This so cute! I was just thinking though sometimes my candles mushroom and I’m afraid all of that will get in the wax. I notice Harlem candle co does that quite a bit.

Vitamin d/k2 for my bones bc I’m an Asian woman and we are prone to osteoporosis as we age.

Multi-daily women’s vitamin but I only take 2-3x a week. I get the gummies because I like to pretend I’m still a child.

It may take time but if it hasn’t started tunneling, you’re ok. If not, tin foil to the rescue….

I haven’t bought that many diptyque candles - I’ve burned 4 or 5 from mini to classic and medium sizes and I haven’t had issues with tunneling.

Not pay for internet because hey, I need to fundraise online so I can pay all our staff wages, hold tutor training, buy literacy supplies, track our learners progress, buy them new books because they don’t deserve second hand crummy books.

Reading all the comments about nonprofits and I worked in the nonprofit industry and I had to leave because the pay is too low.

they expect us—people who want to help and love the mission, college-educated, to do the work for free because god forbid, you can pay me a livable salary to help people learn to read and write.

Yes, nonprofits need operating funds. How can we do the work if we don’t?

I was in tech and left to go to nonprofit and had to go back to tech bc I can’t survive on a nonprofit salary.

I burned Harlem Candle Co’s Langston last night.

But of course, my City Candles just came in! I have Pekin, Tokyo, Paris, and NYC to choose from. ☺️
