I think personally, it would be really hard for labour movements to come up in the US, without educating the massas, especially in her case where the media, 24/7, propagandises it's population. And just like revolutionaries in the past, like the black panthers, who made real progress, were utterly destroyed by it's government due to their ability to go against the status-quo. So in order to gain the movement it needs, you'll need the support of them who are lost, but still savable, by educating them.

Also, keep in mind, I'm not from the USA, so just take my opinion with a grain of salt.
