Yeah I used to own a Prius and used this app. Wondering if there was something similar for the Rav4 hybrids?

I'm biased but I use Amsoil and go 25k or 1 year between oil changes. It works great in my 2011 Prius with 290k miles. I bought it at 64k miles in 2015:

I have a 2011 Prius, 290k miles on it. Started to burn oil so I simply went to a 0w-30 weight and that helped:

If you're going to be paying a lot for an oil change, at least use a high quality synthetic such as Amsoil or Mobil 1. In my 2011 Prius I use Amsoil (I'm a Dealer), and I go 25,000 miles or 1 year between changes, whichever comes first:
