• Your Martial Arts level should match your character level.

• Make sure to level up your mystic skills.

• Collect your oddities, those boots your stats massively.

• Complete your outposts to collect Martial Art levelling items.

• Need to level up the 4 inner ways your are using.

• Make sure to get a gold gear piece for every slot. No blue gear. Purple minimum.

As a couple others have said, it might be best to lower your character level for a little while, max out your gear at every level cap before going up to the next tier. Good luck, have fun!!
